Triplook
Last updated: June 26, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Triplook ("we", "us", the "App") handles your information. We built Triplook to be private by default: most of your data stays on your device and in your personal iCloud account.
To label your garments and suggest outfits, the App sends the background-removed image of a garment and text attributes (such as weather and trip type) to our processing service, which relays them to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. These requests are used only to produce your outfit suggestions and are not used to identify you. We do not send your Lookbook selfies for AI processing.
Location access is optional. By default you search for your destination manually. If you choose "use my location", we use your approximate location only to detect your current city and its weather. Weather data is provided by Apple Weather (WeatherKit).
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple and managed through RevenueCat, which we use to validate purchases and manage your entitlements. RevenueCat may process a purchase identifier and device identifiers for this purpose. We never receive your full payment details.
Because your content lives in your device and your private iCloud, you can delete it at any time from within the App or by removing the App's iCloud data in your device settings. Deleting the App and its iCloud data removes your content.
Triplook is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Since most data is under your control on your device/iCloud, you can exercise these directly; for anything else, contact us.
We may update this policy as the App evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
